My Story: My story is long and keep it under 300 words will be hard, but I'll try. I started as a really skinny guy, bulked for years and years until I hit around 190. Decided that I went about it all the wrong way, and really cleaned up my diet, added cardio, and most important of all, added a lot of discipline. Its amazing what you can accomplish in a few short months if you can dedicate yourself to your goals and do whatever it takes to accomplish them.
