My Story: I decided in 2008 to start running to get into shape and reduce stress I have a very stressful job as a commercial Real Estate Broker. With the economy slowing it made it worse. I ran a half marathon in late 08' and decided I was way to skinny. I joined a gym and got a supplement program and began bodybuilding with the goal of getting into competition shape as I have always wanted to do a competition, I didn't mention I am over 40. I train 5-6 days a week and am loving life. All I can say to others is if you want to transform you body and make changes in your life do it!
