My Story: I was over weight & not happy. I always told my wife I was going to go to the gym but never did. I always ate junk food, a lot of soda, stayed up late, woke up and ate all day non-stop (a lot of fast food). I went to my doctor and he told me some bad things could happen to me if I did not get in shape. So I ate right and lift weights and I came a long way!
