Time it took to complete Transformation: 8 years
My Story: I started at 300 lbs 45 % body fat and very lazy. So, I slowly started working out three days a week for the first two years and dropped some weight. I liked how I was feeling and the results. Then moved to four days a week for about another two years and finally started doing five days a week and hitting the weights pretty hard and seeing some real changes in my body. I was hooked for life. Now I am 18.2 % body fat and am looking forward to my first bodybuilding show in late 2012. I will have ten years of training under my belt.
PS. my arms tape at 17 3/4 in and waist at 34 inches. I will be a lifter and into fitness for the rest of my life.
