My Story: Nine months ago my friends kept pushing me to come to the gym with them. I had lifted back in high school but hadn't in a few years so I thought I should get back into it. I started eating a lot more protein and less junk. I was in the gym four days a week. When spring came around I switched to five days a week and made a program myself with a combination of workouts I had seen online and a few lifts I picked up from my buddies. In the summer when I cut weight, I cut my calorie intake to 2000 or less everyday. Still eating plenty of protein. Nine months ago I decided to improve the way I looked and felt about myself, and this is my result.
