Current Weight: 223 lbs
Time it took to complete Transformation: 3 months
My Story: When I joined the Army I wasn't prepared for the amount of running that you normally do in any military so doing the smart thing I decided to drop weight being a naturally big person I used whatever information I could get my hands on, bits, pieces, then it finally adding up I had a diet plan, supplments it just starting snowballing. To make sure I that I could keep up with rigourous physical training standards of the Army I decided to get into shape with a sound nutrition program, supplments, and training philosphy. My training goals were to lose body fat, build endurance and muscle. It was hard at first but learning and having some expereince in the weight room I decided it was time to get back in there and do something about it to diet was the key.
