My Story: I began lifting for sports, but after a few years of training I had put a lot of weight on. Before I new I was around 200 pounds at 5'7" but holding a lot of fat. I decided I wanted to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. After dieting and training for 15 weeks I was able to get to 4% body fat. Carb cycling and tons of cardio, but I finally got on stage and took first place both in the novice class and the open class. I also took 1st place in the novice overall. This off season I hope to gain clean weight and hopefully come in heavier and bigger for the next year.
