My Story: In the first years of college, I was flirting with obesity at 194 lbs (29%bf). Depressed with how far I'd fallen, I decided to attempt a weight loss transformation last year in which I fortunately lost ~30lbs in 2 months. During this fat loss transformation, I found that I had not only transformed physically, but also spiritually. I found myself closer to God and dove myself into more church activities. Baffled with the correlation between my physical health and spiritual health, I strove for new goals. The stronger I got, the closer I found myself to God. As a result, the before picture is after an 8 month bulk taken on 3/10/13. The after picture was taken 5 1/2 months later on 8/27/13. I want to thank all the friends and family who supported and helped me along the way. Most importantly, I thank God for His grace and setting me back on the right path.
