My Story: Was always a naturally athletic kid when I was younger. Played every sport. I was known amongst my friends as the kid that was in shape. Then after graduating high school I moved from my friends in Staten Island to New Jersey. I wasn't as active as I was. And slowly but surely sets of 160 push ups and scaling 40 foot trees were supplemented with eating ice cream and playing video games. My once lighting fast metabolism was stopped at a screeching halt due to laziness and some mild depression. My heaviest was 278 lbs. I was the fat guy that wasn't supposed to be fat. So just a little under 2 years ago I decided to put down the donuts and ice cream and dust off the old dumbbells and start again with my push ups. I'm now 224 lbs and I'm in the best shape of my life. I am proud of my achievement but I'm nowhere near satisfied.
