My Story: I have a similar story to most guys growing up I was super skinny. Going through college playing basketball at around 160lbs soaking weight. It wasn't until I started to really study strength training and proper nutrition that I was able to change my body into something more. After years of poor eating habits and like most typical college kids drinking way too much, not only did my turn into a skinny fat mess, my internal health started to suffer. Poor kidney function among other things served as a major wake up call to me to get my life together. So, I took a step back and looked at my lifestyle and made the changes to now only change my external body but more importantly my internal body. Year after year the more I learn about how nutrition works with the body and how proper supplementation plays a key role, I feel like a new person. The result has been not only an external change of 40lbs of muscle, but a healthy functioning internal body which means the most to me.
