My Story: I weighed myself one day for the first time in a long time, and the scale read 280lbs. That scared the crap out of me and my eyes were opened to the reality of what I had become. I started working out almost every day and have not looked back. This is my life now. I dropped 110lbs of fat first (got down to 170lbs) and then have gained 20lbs of muscle. I am 7 weeks out from my first bodybuilding competition, very excited!
