My Story: After weighing roughly 175 lbs all my life, in late 2010 I found myself weighing in at 210 lbs. In that moment, I realized I needed to make a change in my life. With the help of a friend, I completely changed up my nutritional intake. I cut out anything that came in a wrapper and stuck to lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and occasional protein shakes. After 6 months of consistent dieting, I had lost 40-50 lbs and decided to take my fitness to the next step with the addition of the gym. After 9 months of dieting and 3-4 months of lifting weights, I find myself where I am today.. 155 lbs at 10% body fat. 9 months down, a lifetime to go!
