My Story: I started my transformation journey in January 2006 when I started my first full time job. I weighed a mere 117 lbs and I've always had the hardest time gaining any type weight. I wanted to get this part of my life handled. So I was determined to do whatever it took to get there. Usually I would eat only about 2 meals a day. With the help of basic supplementation my appetite would increase as well as my recovery. I quickly noticed dramatic changes within the first year of training. I had gained almost 30lbs! A big portion of this journey was trial and error for me. I never had any real guidance or anybody to give me solid advice. It was myself and usually a few friends that would push each other in the gym. I picked up what I could from professional bodybuilding videos as far as workouts and diets. I read and learned what I could reading fitness and bodybuilding magazines. Most importantly it's the determination not to give up no matter how much pain or frustration there was. If you're not making any progress then it usually means you're not learning something.
