The GUNsanity workout was created to hit three major objectives. I wanted to build thickness with some pyramid sets. Next I wanted to force a serious amount of blood into the muscle with a pump quad set. Lastly I wanted to finish off with some finishing exercises and a forearm pump. This workout is awesome enjoy!
