Incline Bench Press-10 sets of 10 reps


Flat Bench Dumbbells-10 sets of 10 reps


Chest Fly machine -10 sets of 10 reps (hold for a 3 count at the top)

Core Workout

Low Back extensions-40 reps


Weighted crunches-50 reps


Banded good mornings-30 reps


Toes to bars 15 reps

3 sets
