Current Weight: 280 lbs
My Story: I had survived a drag racing crash in 2006. 140 miles an hour to zero. Life pretty much came to a stop. I got up to about 350 pounds if not more. Sleep apnea and diabetes soon followed. I discovered the gym in 2009. I went from 350 to 248 in 4 and a half months. I currently weigh in at 280. Building for size and strength since May of 2009 to current. I am very pleased with my results and want to share how I did it with the world
