My Story: I never planned to look and feel the way I did in Oct 2010, but due to several years of neglecting physical activity and eating poorly, I became totally Out Of Shape! It seemed I was always tired, feeling weak and constantly getting sick. I really felt terrible. So, I took a photo of myself and viewed it with a very critical eye. I knew I had to make a change and from that day forward, I've been doing just that MAKING CHANGES. I scoured the internet for weight loss info and came across two methods that I found interesting. The Paleo Diet and Intermittent Fasting. I researched each strategy thoroughly and then began my journey. After 7 months of trial and error, I have found what works for me. Using Intermittent Fasting combined with The Paleo Diet, weight training, cardio and high intensity interval training, I have achieved a much stronger, healthier body, and I feel great at 44 years of age. I will never go back to my old unhealthy lifestyle. Get inspired..Make A CHANGE!
