My Story: I have always wanted to have a SIX PACK, but I used to say that it was going to be impossible since it is too difficult for me to diet. But on December 20, 2011 I saw a few motivational videos on YouTube that gave me the motivation I needed! So I told myself that I was going to get a six pack, No EXCUSES. I can do it! Since that date, I started eating pretty healthy, kept doing my weight training and started doing anaerobic cardio. After 2 months I started seeing my abs and I was really happy! On March 8,2012 I decided to start the insanity workout. I completed the whole 63 days. I was really happy because I completed a pretty challenging workout program and I finally got the six pack that I always wanted! :D. If i did it, you can too!!
