My Story: I started a gym in September of 2010 and changed my eating habits. I went from a size 20-22 to a 13. I lowered my cholesterol and no longer take diabetic meds. I am still working hard to keep it off. I lost the weight by March of 2011 & I have kept it off for a year so far. I am working on building muscle mass now. Just started my new plan today so still molding it.
