My Story: For the last few years, I have been trying to find that special trick to get me the body I have always wanted. One night after I had just spent the whole evening pigging out on pizza and ice cream; I walked by the mirror and was disgusted with what I saw. That same night I promised myself I was going to get the body I always wanted. I did cardio every morning, and lifted weights every afternoon. I talked with a friend who is a trainer and he helped me dial in my diet. He called it his contest prep diet. It wasn't an easy one, but I decided that for the next eight weeks I would eat perfect, and train everyday no matter what. At the end of my eight weeks, I realized not only had I met my goals, but the whole experience made me a stronger person all together. There is no better feeling than to know you set a goal, and when many people doubted you, you were successful.
