My Story: I started seriously training about 2008. Doing a lot of reading and research on proper diet, nutrition, and supplementation. When the results started to show I was hooked. While my body was in transformation mode, the owner of the gym I workout at was hinting that I should do a show. I started training hard and focusing on dialing in my physique, talking to bodybuilders that have competed before. My beginning weight was 216lbs, my competition weight was 160lbs. I continue to prepare for upcoming shows in 2012. I placed 4th in my first show in 2010.
