My Story: Well I have been lifting since I bought two sets of plastic weight at age 13. I lifted them until I entered high school where I played basketball, wrestling, and football. I was always cutting weight until about 1997. I was 205 lb, and ripped pretty good but a I just wasn't big enough. So I quit cutting and lifting until about 5 years ago and I weighed about 265. I started taking supplements and working out; first with dumbbells and free weights. Then I went deep training; 500 pushups, three months straight. Then pull-ups, sit ups, leg raises; 5 months. Then dips 3 months . Well after thousands of reps, all body weight, I put up 275lbs on bench with out a spotter. I just keep doing different styles of workouts. My latest is break dance planks tearing me up. This is my 'get tuff' story.
