My Story: Always loved weight lifting and training for sports. Once I stopped playing, I wanted to continue to challenge myself so I began bodybuilding. I didn't want to take steroids so I wanted to compete in the natural division. I am now preparing myself for my first show. I trained 4-6 times per week hitting each muscle group 1-2 every week. I focused more on my diet and how my body reacts to certain things to help me achieve my best physique. I am now an ACE certified personal trainer and help dozens of people reach their fitness and health goals. My transformation took 2 years.
