Let me start by saying this workout is no joke and it's a great pump! This workout was inspired by one of the best high rep squatters of all time, Tom Platz, in the picture with me above. Lou Ferrigno told me a story about how he watched Tom do high rep squats with 400,450 then 500 and even 550 for almost 20 reps. I am amazed by volume, so this is my version that everyone can attempt.

I challenge you to try this if you want to just totally freak your legs out and add some growth.

Legs can grow multiple different ways. This is a way to just blast them and get some fibers and blood flowing in spots you haven't felt in a while! Have Fun! Get Crazy!


Workout overview:

Squats Close Stance
Just use bar only,Do this for 5 minutes straight doing continuous deep squats
Rest 2 minutes
Walking Lunges
5 minutes of continuous body weight lunges
Rest 2 minutes
Leg Extension
1/4 rep method- Get as many reps as you can in 3 minutes
Rest 2-3 minutes
Leg curls
Get as many reps as you can in 3 minutes
2 TOTAL sets


WORKOUT
