My Story: My story began while I was a sophomore in high school. During the previous summer I could not bench press 90 lbs 8 times and I began to think about my body and fitness more and more. I had decided that I would no longer be that skinny guy with sticks for limbs and hit the weight room after school five days a week. After I started seeing results, I talked to a few of my friends and they showed interest in changing their bodies too, so they joined me. By the time track season rolled around, I had people complimenting me and noticing how I had changed my body in just a few months. Transforming my body gives me more confidence in everything I do and I actually use lifting and working out as kind of a stress reliever. My "After" pick is one year later during the winter of my junior year. Just a few months ago I finished high school and am now enrolled in college where I look to continue my fitness endeavors with the help of Prosource's long line of supplements!
