My Story: I have wanted to change my body since high school basically. I have been overweight for the past 10+ years, and have always been embarrassed about it. I had tried countless times to get in shape, but I never saw enough results to stick with it. Getting into my mid 20's I felt that I wasn't getting any younger, and the time to step up was now.

I come from a family very involved in fitness, and have known my way around a gym since I was about 12. I started slowly, cutting out the junk food and exercising 3 times a week. Over time I learned more and more and improved my workouts and diet. I started around February 2009, and have been making progress ever since. I started losing weight and fat, but now my goals involve building muscle and eventually competing.
