My Story: I always used to be the skinny guy who never played sports and had no muscle at all. When ever I had my shirt off you could see my spine and shoulder blades sticking out. I didn't get into working out until I turned 18 when my buddy introduced me to it. Since then I've been addicted to it and haven't stopped. I follow Scott Herman fitness because of his great workouts and inspiration. My supplementation has also helped me achieve my goals. I started off not being able to bench 95 lbs now I'm maxing at around 225. I also set the dead-lifting record at my school for my weight class at 340 lbs.
