My Story: I've been lifting since my sophomore year in high school. I was always trying to bulk up but last February I entered a contest for a magazine. I cut from 213lbs to 192 in 8 weeks. I didn't realize how much body fat I had until after I saw the pictures.I was proud of my new self. So I continued slimming down the past year and I'm at 180lbs right now. Im much more happier with the way I look and feel, which is most important.
