BODYBUILDING SNACK: PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING

1 cup Greek Yogurt (balls for 2%. I use no fat)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter (I use low sugar)
1 tsp Honey
Mix all together for a great filling snack that is high in protein and low fat and low cal.
