BODYBUILDING RECIPES: PROTEIN FIESTA

1 lb chicken breast (thinly sliced, fat trimmed)
1 lb pork sirloin chops (thinly sliced, fat trimmed)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 green pepper (sliced)
Heat olive oil in large pan. Add mined garlic until cooked. Fry chicken breast and pork sirloin chops in garlic and oil until the meat approaches being completely cooked. Add onion and green pepper. Sprinkle on cumin and cayenne pepper.
Eat throughout the day served with whole grains and/or vegetables.
