BODYBUILDING RECIPE: YOGURT POPS (SNACK)

12 oz. plain low fat yogurt
3 tbsp honey
1 cup fresh fruit (berries, peaches, or bananas)
In a blender, puree yogurt with 3 Tbsp. honey and 1 cup fruit until smooth.
Pour into 6 ice pop molds (or paper cups with popsicle sticks) and freeze until set, at least 6 hours.
Keep in freezer for up to 1 month.
