Bodybuilding Recipe: Weight Gainers Ice Cream

2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder
1 medium banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet artificial sweetener (or more for desired taste)
Blend it all together and put it in a bowl in the freezer. Stir every 45 mins or so for about 4 hours until it is a paste-like consistency.
TIP: If you can't keep stirring just let it go for the 4 hours and then microwave for about 1 min 30 secs and it should stir up well.
