BODYBUILDING RECIPE: TUNA WITH AVOCADO

1 can of light tuna (in water)
1 shredded apple
1 avocado (instead of mayo)
2 boiled eggs
Mix all ingredients together and put on your slices of bread.
Basically it is a tuna fish sandwich with whatever you like in it. You're just replacing the mayo with an avocado for a healthier source of fat.
