BODYBUILDING RECIPE: True Macaroni

Whole Grain Macaroni
Bag of American cheese, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and Provel cheese
Pound of ground turkey
1 c. Milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Boil water on high (only fill pot half way with lid on so it starts faster).
Next put the ground turkey in a skillet and cook thoroughly.
Put the whole grain macaroni in the boiling water. Let sit till done.
Drain the ground meat.
Drain all the water from the macaroni and place on medium temp.
While on medium, pour a cup of milk in the pasta. Do not stir yet. Crack the two eggs open and also put in the pasta. Now stir.
While the eggs and milk is dissolving, put half a bag of each of the cheeses in the pot and continue to stir until the cheese are dissolved.
Now take the drained ground turkey and place in the pot with the macaroni stir for five minutes then place on low.
Pour the entire mixture into a 13x8" pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and spread out evenly.
Place the pan in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes or until cheese has melted and golden.
Take out and let it sit for 10 minutes and serve.
Great for family or single person a lot of protein, calcium, and you get your whole grain at the same time. Goes great with home made garlic bread.
