Recently Reported: About 400 IFBB Pro League athletes, athletes of other sports, Olympia champions, and fitness-inclined celebrities gathered on April 14t to honor the life of bodybuilding industry pioneer Joe Weider (November 29, 1919 - March 23, 2013) at an invitation-only memorial ceremony at the Miramar/Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica, CA. For the man called "the father of modern bodybuilding," there was a heartfelt multimedia presentation, including a photo exhibit, tribute films, and guest speakers who shared memories, anecdotes and stories.
