My Story: I was in shape and very active in high school. When I got out of school and started working I had less time to exercise. That, along with bad eating habits and I weighed in at 235 pounds at 5"10. After a few months in the gym and a complete change of diet, I dropped my weight to 183 pounds. I am still going and plan to get into the 160 range.
