Its NO potentiating complex utilizes several forms of arginine plus a citrulline ethyl ester, while cell volumizing is facilitated by way of several forms of esterified or buffered creatines. At the same time, Blast Cycle also contains stimulant content (caffeine, vinpocetine, tyrosine), and a number of potential insulin triggers (R-alpha-lipoic acid, 4-hydroxyisoleucine). The exact content of these ingredients is not documented on the label, however.

Recommended Usage: Directions: Take 2-3 slightly rounded scoops mixed with 16 to 24 ounces of water 30-45 minutes prior to training on an empty stomach. If sensitive to stimulants begin with lower dosage to assess tolerance. Using this product before bedtime may cause sleeplessness.

Comments: This stuff gives you tons of energy with almost no pump at all. I have been taking NO Explode for about a year and I thought I would try something new, Bad mistake. NO Explode far exceeds blast cycle. And not to mention blast cycle gives you instant explosive diarhea.

Comments: Only take this product if you need a good laxative. Felt the energy rush, but pumps were not great. NO-Xplode is by far a better product.
