This cell-volumizing product provides three grams of a creatine matrix consisting of creatine ethyl ester malate and two grams of Creatine-AKG. These two technologies represent alternate (and controversial) methods of shuttling creatine into muscle tissue. Recommended Usage:
Serving 1: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach or full stomach). May be combined with any post-workout shake or meal.
Serving 2: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach), preferably at bedtime. For best results, increase your daily water consumption.
