Recommended Usage    Return to Top

Recommended Usage: Take 2 capsules prior to morning meal and 2 capsules prior to mid-afternoon meal with 8 ounces of water. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Begin use with one half the suggested serving for the first week (1 capsule twice per day). For best results, use as part of sensible diet and exercise program. Consult your medical doctor prior to beginning any diet or exercise program.

Warnings: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Caution: Read and follow all label instructions prior to use. Not for use by individuals under 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your medical doctor before use if you are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications, or if you have been treated for or have a family history of any medical conditions including, but not limited to, hypertension. One serving of this product contains as much caffeine as approximately 2-3 cups of coffee. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine. Do not use if you have a sensitivity to caffeine. Comments:    I was leary of trying the product due to fear of its not holding up to the hype. Most unfortunately the product I had been using with success for some time was recalled and i thought "*&^$!!!." After less than a week on Betastax I am saying "^&$%&$^&!!!" once more! This product works quite well for me. I will not be using anything else.

Comments:    This is the best fat burner on the market. Hands down. In 3 weeks I've trimmed 2.5% body fat. Before I knew it I started noticing my six pack again. I couldn't believe it. I've used other products (I like Xenadrine RFA-1), but I got this one. I'm done looking around.

Comments:    I was really surprised that I actually gained weight. Oh yeah, I gained around five pounds of muscle and my body fat level stayed the same. I was and still am trying to figure out what did they exactly ship me, because I want move of it. lol. But for a fat burner, it sucked. I guess I am in that 2% class that this stuff doesn't work on.

Comments:    while i can't say that it "burns fat" (i'm thin anyhow. not why i got it) which i don't believe any non-ephedra product does, i will say that it DOES give you non jittery energy and make your hungry craves weaken. Gets me through the day with no crash. that earns 4 out of 5 stars alone!

Comments:    im on the second bottle and i have had good energy on it. the first week i couldnt sleep but then i got used to the caffine and passed out every night. i was not a big guy to start out with, just looking to shed the last few pounds and this really has helped i dropped about 5 pounds that i couldnt shed for a year. i reccomend this product to my freinds all the time

Comments:    It is a great product, it doesn't give you a crazy amount of energy but it keeps you alert for the whole day. I've probably lost about 4-8 pounds from about a month and a half ago, with diet and exercise. The only down fall to it is that if you aren't use to caffeine and you stop using them or run out, it gives you headaches.

Comments:    I have to give this product 5 stars. I have 3 kids under four. The youngest being 7 weeks. of course i help in feeding her in the night and early morning. Then i have to be at work by 8a. I workout from 4a-5a. By six I take by betastax then eat breakfast. I'm so focused at work, not tired, and not hungry until 11a, and even then I'm not starving. this is my 17th day on the product. All i can say is AWESOME
