Recommended Usage    Return to Top

Recommended Usage: Take 2 capsules prior to morning meal and 2 capsules prior to mid-afternoon meal with 8 ounces of water. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Begin use with one half the suggested serving for the first week (1 capsule twice per day). For best results, use as part of sensible diet and exercise program. The energy rush and appetite control is great. i started to look more cut a week after starting it. i now only have a weeks worth left and i am more cut than i have ever been and it helped me drop about 10 pounds. and all this without any jitters. this product is way better than hydroxycut hardcore, and lipo 6x

Comments:    these pills are pretty good, far better than the other ones i tried. does keep hunger in check, i've been taking them for a couple of weeks but really just started diet and training and noticed a little energy When i first started, then a week later it really kicked in and i was in the gym for 3 hours, mostly cardio(pretty intense) but i noticed some side effects and i'm pretty immune to almost all pills because of my tolerance for them when i started taking pills at the age of 16 now i'm 22. i haven't felt this way in a long time. A little anxiety, isolation, and loss of focus at school and work, FEELING SPACED OUT! and my mind is just wandering all over the place sometimes but overall good product but has some side effects. (at least for me)
