Betagen contains one gram per serving of B-hydroxy B-methylbutyrate monohydrate, a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine which some believe may support protein metabolism. Betagen also provides 2 grams of creatine monohydrate and 500 mg of taurine (both cell volumizers), as well as glutamine and 2 grams of sugar from dextrose as an insulin trigger.

Comments:    It mixes very easily, and has a good OJ taste. It is a bit annoying that you're supposed to take it 3x a day, and I didn't really seem to feel that different whether or not I took it. I'll probably try something else when I run out.
