Pre-Workout Amino Supplement With Added Energy Factors

Given that most people supplement with BCAAs pre- or intra-workout, BPI's decision to augment its popular Best BCAA supplement with energy factors seems like a natural extension. Here the energy-supporting factors include 100 mg of caffeine anhydrous, plus L-tyrosine and green tea extract. The amino content consists of the same peptide-bonded BCAAs found in Best BCAA, included in the clinically indicated 2:1:1 leucine/isoleucine/valine ratio and totaling 5 grams. There's also some L-citrulline in here as well, which may support muscle pump and endurance. If you are taking Best BCAA w/ Energy, it is recommended that you not take a standard pre-workout with it, as over-stimulation may result.

Suggested Use: Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) blended into 8oz of ice cold water, during the day, before your workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. On non-training days, take one (1) serving (1 scoop) during the day any time you need a pick-me-up, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
