Dear Prosource, I recently made an online purchase from you and although this is very unlike me I decided to email you about my experience. I work in a business like most where feedback is vital to it's success. My recent purchase was not only cost effective and easy but my shipment arrived ahead of schedule. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Prosource. I am visiting the USA from Canada and had a shipment delivered to my hotel room. During a recent trip through New Jersey to Pennsylvania I had the pleasure of sampling one of your Supreme Protein carb conscious bars. I consider myself a protein bar coinsurer; I am always looking for the perfect bar. And I must admit I was completely shocked by how good the bar was. It honestly tasted better than most candy bars on the market but delivered 30 grams of protein instead of 30 grams of sugar. I am very impressed.
I myself am a write and a professor of English at the University of Connecticut, and have no way of promoting this product beyond the possibility of it fitting into one of my columns (which is a possibility, but would be a stretch). I do, however, know a woman who own a chain of low-carb lifestyle stores titled “my low-carb life.” I also have two friends who are personal trainers in different fitness centers. I have told them about the product and have considered purchasing a box online (which I probably will still do), but thought I’d send this note asking if you had a few small samples of your product I could provide to these people. The woman who owns the low-carb store already told me she would love to carry the product if it is as good as I make it out to be, and I know a sample will convince her. Hopefully the two personal trainers and the manager of my campus’ book store will be convinced as well… A product as good as this needs to be out there (and hence, more readily available to me!).

I love the bars! I waited a long, long time for them to become available, and being that the local 7-11 is charging $3.99/bar I decided to wait till you guys got them back in stock. YOU GUYS NAILED IT! They are super yummy. I have been lifting for some time and always got some decent results in the gym without supplements, however, a guy at my gym pointed me in the right direction with ProSource and I have used you ever since. I tried many products from your company, including MuscleTech (not too happy about).
I ordered about 2 months ago and when I called I explained to a Damien that I wanted to get bigger and leaner at the same time. He was very informative and put together a supplement package that included Myozene, Tetrazene, AndroTest and Nytrowhey Extreme. I told him I would call him back to let him know the progress, however, I wanted to write in and let you guys know that again. YOU NAILED IT!! Damien gave me the advice I needed to push through where I was, he joked with me, and put my mind at ease about ordering. I will continue to do biz with you guys. The Nytrowhey is the best protein, both taste wise and value wise, the Myozene just kicks ass all around and the AndroTest has me pushing past points I was stuck at before. Thanks ProSource!!!

Recently I placed an order through your web site and there was an "issue" with my card. I called the 800 number and was greeted by Damien, or Damon, not sure of the spelling. I have to tell you it was one of the most pleasant experiences. He took the time to tell my why my card was declined and it was a simple number sequence issue which he cleared up right away. He also took the time to explain some of the products on my order and that I ordered some stuff that did the same thing. I ended up amending my order to include the Tetrazene instead of Hydroxycut Hardcore and some other ProSource items.
I love the service I received and will use you guys over and over again. I was pleased with the attention I go from the sales support guy as well. Awesome products, awesome shipping, awesome knowledge from Damien.
