This weight gainer provides 40 grams per serving of hydrolyzed beef protein with added lactoferrin, plus added creatine monohydrate for cell volumization, BCAAs (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) for recovery and D-ribose for enhanced ATP levels. In addition, Arnold Iron Mass includes complex carbohydrates in the form of sweet potato powder and barley starch, as well as a healthy fats matrix (sunflower oil, MCTs) and digestive enzymes. Arnold Iron Mass is low sugar, gluten-free and provides 485 calories per serving.

very good taste, mixes well, and the nutrition is fantastic. taking a full serving is easy and they stack it with metabolic enzymes, which can aid a little in digestion in the stomach before entering the intestine. definitely recommend this

Purchased this for my son as he has been using another brand gainer for a little while. So far, I have not noticed any difference from the other brand he has been using. I know he doesn't care much for the taste or this, but at least it mixes well. The other brand he uses has a variety of flavors and is much better tasting. Matching the labels, there was not much difference in the two either. Probably will not purchase this again.
