Recommended Usage    Return to Top

Dosage:Take one pack daily for 3 consecutive weeks. On training days, take it 30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take it on an empty stomach, between meals. For best results, cycle this product following a schedule of three weeks on and one week off. This product can be "stacked" with Animal Pak for superior results. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

WARNING: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before using this product.

Comments:    Quite effective although not what I had in mind. My muscles became firmer with more definition but I was looking more for mass. Strength remained the same throughout the 3 weeks. Great for beginners trying to find the right supplement.

Comments:    i liked this product although i didnt see gains i felt them. after one month bench went from 185 to 225 and all my muscles became rock hard an i was getting lots of compliments. i also used ON's 100% whey with it

Comments:    it was hard to tell a differnce for me but other people starting giving complements i got a. it got me over my slump in my decline bench and my deadlift has gone from 530 to 540 my squat went up as well so i am happy about this product i am going to buy it again

Comments:    Animal is the best line of supplements ever. I took this product stacked with animal cuts, and it helped burn fat while keeping all my hard earned muscle from the bulking season. Also, none of my lifts went down, despite my lowered calorie diet. In fact, in the 3 weeks on stak 2 my deadlift literally went from 335 for 5 reps to 365 for 6 reps!
