Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one pak thirty minutes after the meal prior to your workout with plenty of water. For competitions and intense training, take two packets daily.

Comments:    I've tried this product before and I didn't feel anything per se but I do feel like it was worth what I paid for it. To those who don't 'feel' anything, THEY'RE VITAMINS! You have to give things time to work. They're a supplement to help keep you healthy. Quit waiting for the instant results. Here's a reality check: To get anthing out of any supplement you use you're goint to have to work for it and it's not going to be given to you on a silver platter.

Comments:    Great Multi!! Definatley getting into the system and breaking down, as per the Mt. Dew colored urine, that was my biggest concern is that they would'nt breakdown. Overall just a better felling with these and I'm mostly only taking one pack a day. Sure it's 11 pills, man up!! Slam em' all at once!!

Comments:    Pros: Great energy boost, they don't make me sick, has more then every vitamin and mineral I could ever possibly be lacking. Cons: Makes my urine bright green, 11 pills per pack is a lot. To the guy who said "44 paks later = NOTHING". Its not a steroid, you DO have to do some work too.

Comments:    Animal Pak is definitely, by far the best Multi pack I've ever used. I only take 1 pack a day but that's still much better than any of the other multi's I've tried. The only thing that could maybe, possibly get me to switch is if ProSource made a multi-pack instead of just their "one-a-day" vitamin.

Comments:     This product is one of the best for performance enhancing. It has everything you need. I'm still on my first can waiting to go onto my second. I found out from the first pak I've made great progress in the gym. I recommend using Hard Fast with this product as well. I back this product up 100%. So far I've only used 2 products by Universal Nutrition and they have made me very happy.

Comments:    These are awesome. I take these about 1 hour before I go to the gym on an empty stomach. The extra energy seems to kick in at just the right time to get me through the rest of my work out. I feel so great that I want to do more. I just don't get tired. Keeps me going throughout the day also. Highly recommend this product.

Comments:    I,ve taken all kinds of shit vitamins in my life! you name it , i can tell you all about. I started taken ANIMALPAK , about 9 years ago, and i havent stoped since them. Its big size , stinks and its hard to swollow, but i break in half and some times , i throw it in my protein shake. It works great , helps me to go through out the day , i eat better , i feel better and after all, i feel like an animal! Like mom used to say ,good medicine , taste bad! So is ANIMALPAK !

Comments:    This product is great. I've been taking multi-vitamins all my life. I am very impressed with Animal Pak. I am making Animal Pak my only vitamin supplement. For all that you get the price is awesome. This product contains the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals but also has an amino acid blend, digestive enzymes, and a whole lot more. Two essential fatty acids are contained which are linoleic and oleic acid. Both fatty acids are found in flax seed oil. For those of you not already taking flax seed oil then the addition of these fatty acids in your diet will improve you health greatly. This product also contains two grams of Siberian ginseng per serving which will boost your energy levels during training. The one gram of bioflavonoids contained is a potent anti-oxidant. The only flaw I can see with Animal Pak is that some of the pills are large and someone with a problem with swallowing large pills will have trouble. A normal person will have no trouble. This stuff works!

Comments:    This is the best Multi vitamin around. Not only does it have loads of vitamins and minerals it also has performance enhancers,amino acids, and some fatt acids. Overall it is a great product and everyone should have it in their stacks.
