Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules in divided doses as directed: 3 capsules approximately 30 minutes prior to training and 3 capsules immediately after training with eight ounces of water or a carbohydrate based sports drink. On non-training days, take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at mid-afternoon with eight ounces of water or a carbohydrate based sports drink. For optimal absorption, do not take within 1 hour of consuming a protein based meal.

Comments:     Its very hard for me to hold or gain muscle when I need to especially when I'm constantly dieting. I lost allot of muscle in 2007 while I was pregnant with my first baby. Fist thing was to lose the baby fat, I quickly went from 148 to 114 in about 10 weeks. After that I increased my weight training with Aminodrol and In 8 weeks I was back up to 122lbs and about 2% less body fat..Goal achieved..great stack with BetaStax if your looking to lean out and put on or keep muscle
