Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement mix 1 scoop (1000mg) with your preworkout beverage of choice and consume 20-45 minutes before begining your workout.
Before Meals: As a dietary supplement, mix 1/2-1 scoop (500-1000mg) with your favorite drink of choice (such as water or juice) and consume it approximately 20-30 minutes prior to your meal. Ensure meal consists of at least 20g of carbohydrates.
Before Bed: As a dietary supplement mix 1/2-1 scoop (500-1000mg) with your favorite drink of choice.
Do not consume more than 2 servings (2000mg) in any 24 hour period.
