Hi Jonathan. It looks like After Shock Critical Mass is more for hard gainers. It has almost 3X the calories that regular After Shock has and some additional fats, MassFat and WaxyMass, which is a combination of healthy fats designed to put your body in anabolic mode. Thanks.

Mix 1 serving (170g/3 level scoops) in approximately 16oz of water and consume up to 3 times a day. For additional calories, add fresh fruit, peanut butter, whole milk, cooked oatmeal or cream and mix in a blender.
