Good alternative to whey, doesnt taste terrible but does have a chalky taste. 25 grams protein and no cholesterol.Having high amounts of arginine and glutamine were selling points for me.

Smooth and creamy when blended. Dissolves easily with just a shaker cup. Absolutely no grit or chalkiness. Doesn't bloat like some whey proteins. Great flavor and value.
